Easy accessible instructions process portal

What is your wish?
Easy way to quickly get some instructions / pointers to use the process portal
What is the problem you encounter?
Users of the process portal often do not have detailed knowledge of the inner workings. We want to enable them to easily find some key instructions that are now hidden in various pages, and allow them to do this without leaving the portal
Why do you want this wish?
Users get confused or need training to view process info, this should not be needed
Do you have a workaround? And if so, what is it?
See below - this is our workaround: a dummy process, all the way on the top, that we use as home page. But preferably we want users to be able to click “help” and then get to a page like this. And please, no hard code page, but a page that we can define / edit / tune in our organization.
