Improvemement of user maintenance

When maintaining our ca 600 BD users it is awkward to have to scroll manually through the list of users.
A search function or an alphabet on a side to jump to a specific character would be very helpfull.

In addition to this, the ability to do bulk operations would be very helpful. Select several users and add to or remove from a role, or reset password, or re-send welcome email.
