BlueDolphin uses cookies to operate correctly. Browsers must accept and send cookies from bluedolphin.app and bd-cloud.app domains and all their subdomains.

Any other browser, such as Safari, Chrome Beta and others is not supported. Also, using browser extensions is not supported.

BlueDolphin doesn't actively block access through unsupported browsers, but using BlueDolphin with an unsupported browser may not work and is entirely at your own risk.

If you are using a supported browser but still have trouble accessing your tenant, try the following tips:

The following URIs are JavaScript dependencies and should not be blocked.

https://*.intercomcdn.com

https://*.intercom.io

https://*.bluedolphin.app

https://*.vo.msecnd.net

Cookies and Site Data in Firefox

To ensure secure and seamless integration of our services via an embedded <iframe>, you’ll need to whitelist the following URIs. This step is necessary due to modern browser security policies which restrict how content from different domains can interact.

Please follow these steps and check that the URIs in the table below are allowed in your Firefox settings.

  1. Go to Firefox 'Settings'

  2. Click on 'Privacy and Security'

  3. Scroll down to the 'Cookies and Site Data' section

  4. Click on 'Manage Exceptions'

    • Add the URIs and select the option to Allow

  5. Save Changes

You can refer to the Firefox guide for more details: Manage local site storage settings

Incognito mode in Chrome

When using the Chrome browser in incognito mode, third-party cookies are blocked by default. Since BlueDolphin uses JasperSoft as an embedded frame within the application, Chrome blocks these cookies. To work around this, follow the steps below to create an exception for [*.]bluedolphin.app to use third-party cookies:

  1. Go to Chrome 'Settings'

  2. Click on 'Privacy and security'

  3. Click on 'Third-party cookies'

  4. Scroll down to 'Sites allowed to use third-party cookies' and click on 'Add'

  5. Add an entry for [*.]bluedolphin.app

Hardware

Performance can be related to multiple other factors, such as:

  • Tasks running in the background

  • The number of tabs in the browser and the frequency of switching between them

  • Monitor resolution when using BlueDolphin

  • Stability of the Wi-Fi connection

  • The number of users simultaneously using your tenant

  • Device cooling system
