If working in BlueDolphin is new for you or if you want to refresh your knowledge of the basics, you can refer to our onboarding tour. In this tour, we will guide you step by step through BlueDolphin to gain the basic knowledge about the product and master it in no time.
You can access the tour via your personal menu in the upper-right corner. Click on the account button and you will see a dropdown menu, as in the image below:
Click BlueDolphin tour and the following screen appears:
At each step, we will explain what you should to do to continue to the next one. See an example in the screenshot below:
The explanation is accompanied with images and videos to make it easier for you to grasp the concepts. Many slides are also supported with the links to our documentation for a more detailed explanation. You can stop the tour at any time and restart it via your personal menu.
