The Create BPMN diagram button allows you to create a diagram directly from a business process, automatically connecting the object to the diagram.

In this page, the Diagrams section shows all BPMN diagrams, including information like diagram owner and last edited details.

To open a BPMN diagram in the editor mode, click the three dots next to the diagram name and choose to open it in the same tab or a new tab. If you are not the owner, then the diagram opens in read-only mode.

You can also transfer the BPMN diagram ownership from this page. Refer Transfer ownership of BPMN diagram for detailed information.

Browsing Processes by EA Perspectives

The Process Browser allows you to explore your processes from different perspectives, such as Applications, Roles, or Data Objects.

Perspectives represent EA elements in your repository that are linked to BPMN processes.
You can use them to:

  • See which applications are used by specific processes.

  • Identify the roles or actors involved in each process.

  • Understand dependencies across data objects and business objects.

The following perspectives are available in the Process Browser:

  • Business Process

  • Application Component

  • Business Actor

  • Business Role

  • Business Object

  • Data Object

To browse the processes from other EA perspectives,

  1. Open the Process Browser in BlueDolphin.

  2. In the top navigation bar, select a Perspective (e.g., Application).

  3. A grouped list of EA elements (e.g., each application) gets displayed.

  4. Under each nested element, you can see all published BPMN processes where that element appears.

You can also search for the process by related EA elements using the search bar.
