The Projects space is designed to provide an organized environment for creating and managing projects efficiently. It offers a dedicated tab where users can quickly set up new projects, add multiple phases and deliverables, and manage project details, including title, description, and status.
Projects have introduced a new scalable solution design flow using the basic package in BlueDolphin. This enhancement aims to further improve the efficiency and scalability of solution design within the platform.
Each basic and empty flow gives flexibility to add multiple phases and deliverables to the project.
You can also add start and end dates to the Projects. Additionally, the start and end dates can be added to keep teams informed about the duration and deadlines for this project.
Welcome page
The welcome page appears only when no existing projects are available. Create your first project using the Create my first project button on the welcome page.
If you already have existing projects, the list appears when you access the Projects tab. The page shows a list of projects created by all users with access to the Project feature in your organization.
Along with the project title, you can view the project details like owner, status, creation date, and last edited date/time. The project list is sorted by the last edited column by default.
NOTE: In case the project title is too long, hover over it to see the full name.
