Add a Phase to the Project

You can create new phases to structure the project flow according to its requirements. BlueDolphin offers you full flexibility to add, remove, or reorder phases, as well as to rename any existing ones in a basic and empty flow.

Add Phase

You can add up to 10 phases in a project.

  1. Open the project and click thepencil icon.pngicon in the top right corner to enable edit mode.

  2. Click the β€˜+’ (Add phase) button. One Untitled phase gets added to the project.

  3. Click the pencil icon to rename the phase title. Each phase title must be unique.

  4. Click Apply to save the changes.

Reorder phases

You can now drag and drop phases horizontally to reorder them in the Edit mode. When you move a phase, all its contents move with it, and the new order is saved automatically. The colors and visuals remain unchanged, making each phase easy to recognize.

Remove Phase

You can delete any existing or newly added phases from the project. Removing a phase will also delete all deliverables linked to it.

  1. Open the project and click thepencil icon.pngicon in the top right corner to enable edit mode.

  2. Click the Pencil icon in the corner of the phase to to select Remove phase option.
