A deliverable is an entity in a Project phase linked to a view. You can create or connect existing Archimate or BPMN views to the deliverable.

The process to add the deliverable in the basic flow or empty flow is as follows,

  1. Open the project and click thepencil icon.pngicon in the top right corner to enable edit mode.

  2. Click + Add deliverable option under the phase.

    Add deliverable.jpeg

  3. Click the ArchiMate view or BPMN diagram option as a type of view. One Untitled deliverable gets added to the phase.

  4. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the deliverable to edit its details. You can update the title, and if it is an Archimate View, you can also select a template for the deliverable.

  5. To choose a template for your view, click Select Template in the EDIT DELIVERABLE pop-up and select your preferred template.

  6. Click Apply to save the changes.

Reorder Deliverables

You can reorder and move deliverables in Edit mode. Drag and drop a deliverable to change its order within a phase, or drag it across phases. When you move a deliverable to a different phase, it automatically adopts the new phase’s color.

Remove Deliverable from the Phase

Click the pencil icon of the deliverable you want to remove and click the Remove deliverable option in the bottom corner. Once confirmed, the deliverable gets deleted from the phase.
