Welcome to the Repository

BlueDolphin introduced a new feature, the Repository, that allows you to manage and edit data in a structured manner, with features such as bulk editing, filtering, saving queries, and visualizing data.

One key feature is bulk editing, which lets you update multiple records at once. For example, if you need to change the name or title of several objects, you can do it in one go instead of editing each item individually. This can significantly save your time and effort.

The Repository supports filtering, allowing you to quickly narrow down results and focus on specific data. Filters improve loading performance and make it easier to work with large datasets.

Use filters such as Created by, Created on, Changed by, and Changed on to see who made changes and when, or to find items easily that you created.

When you open the Repository for the first time, you will see the screen below. To get started, choose the object definition from the Object Browser to view the data.

Once you select the object definition, the data is loaded.

NOTE: The repository currently displays only active current objects. Future state objects are not visible.

If you have a large dataset, consider adding filters to the table to load the data faster.

Once the data is loaded, the table displays a list of objects on the left, followed by their properties and linked questionnaires.

Scroll to the side to see all the columns in the table and their values. You can even search for a keyword in the table from the top search bar.
