You can now clone any process diagram directly from the Diagrams list or the Diagram detail page.
Cloning helps you reuse existing diagrams instead of rebuilding the structure from scratch
NOTE: Users with the Process administrator, Administrator, and Process Modelers roles can use this feature. Refer to Roles and Permissions for BPMN Diagrams for more information.
From Diagrams Tab
Open the Diagrams tab.
Search the diagram in the list and click the three dots next to it. Select the Clone diagram option.
Confirm the name is unique and does not exist before, then click Clone.
You are automatically redirected to the new diagram.
Cloned diagrams are always unpublished (draft), even if the source diagram was published.
From within a Diagram
You can clone a diagram while it is open by clicking the three-dot menu in the top bar.
Version history is not retained. The cloned diagram starts as a new diagram.
