BlueDolphin is highly configurable for one or more application areas. Your BlueDolphin administrator can implement various configurations, such as:

Once you are logged in, you can personalize your own profile within BlueDolphin and add an avatar.

After you have entered your profile information, you will see that the BlueDolphin interface contains several menu tabs. The number of tabs available for each user differs according to the type of role assigned.

You easily manage and consult assets such as servers, applications, application functions, and business processes within BlueDolphin. These assets are created under the name Objects. Click here for further explanation.

It is also possible to automatically import large quantities of objects from a source. This can be configured in a way where data from another system is seen as the source. This data can then be synchronized with BlueDolphin based on a scheduled task, periodically (for example, every hour). For more information, we refer you to the explanation about sources.

Often, the number of objects is substantial. Therefore, the smart search function ensures that you can easily navigate.

Once the objects are secured, you can easily establish relationships between different objects. These relationships ensure the coherence between objects and enable the realization of desired visualizations.
