This feature allows you to clone projects in BlueDolphin, with the option to include all architecture views in the project with their associated resources (for example, conditional layout). It can be used both to duplicate existing projects and to implement project templates.

By default, the cloned project includes all content except BPMN diagrams.

NOTE: Copying BPMN diagrams is not yet supported.

All users, including non-owners, can use this feature. When you clone a project, you become the owner of the new project, and its status is automatically set to To do.

In the Projects, click three dots next to the project name and select the Clone project option.

Use the toggle button to choose whether to copy all views from the existing project. If you switch off the toggle, only the project is cloned without copying any views.

Once confirmed, a new project gets created instantly, containing all architecture views from the original. You can now adjust details or add new content as needed.
