Project Owners can now add users as Project Contributors, allowing those users to create, link, and remove deliverable resources, as well as have edit access to Architecture views within the project.
In Projects, click the three dots to share a project.
Choose users from the drop-down list and click Share.
Users receive an email with a link to the project when you share the project with them.
On any Architecture view in the project, when the view owner opens the share view dialog, this message appears,
Users can add additional users to share the view, but they cannot remove users from the project.
To remove a user’s access to a view, the project owner must remove the user from the project contributors using the Share option.
