Create a Diagram
Create your initial Process diagram by selecting the Create my first diagram button on the welcome page.
More diagrams can be created by these two options:
From the Diagrams tab, click Create BPMN diagram button in the bottom-right corner.
While working on a specific diagram, use the plus icon Create diagram in the top-left corner.
By default, you will find one pool with two lanes available to help you get started modeling and adding more elements.
Open a Diagram
From the Diagrams tab, you can open a diagram by using these methods:
Click the diagram title in the list.
Click the three dots next to a specific diagram in the list and choose to open it in the same tab or a new tab.
Click the arrow next to a specific diagram in the list to open it in the same tab.
When working on a particular diagram, you can access all diagrams by clicking the folder icon in the top-left corner.
Choose the diagram you want from the list, and click Open in the bottom right to open it.
Rename a Diagram
The name of the diagram can be found in the top-left corner and in the side panel of the diagram. In case the name of the diagram is too long to fit in the box, hover over to see the full name. It is automatically generated but can be edited as needed. A diagram name can have a maximum of 255 characters.
To rename the diagram, there are two methods available:
From the Menu bar
Click on the name in the top-left corner and type in a new name.
Press Enter or click anywhere around the name to save changes.
From the Side Panel
1. Open the side panel by clicking the arrow in the top-right corner.
2. Click on the name itself or the pen icon.
3. Type in the new name for your diagram.
4. Press Enter or click anywhere around the title to save changes.
Each diagram name must be unique. If the name already exists in the tenant, an error message appears:
Delete a Diagram
NOTE: Admin, Process admin, and owner can delete the BPMN diagrams in the Processes.
From the Diagrams tab
To delete a BPMN diagram:
Open the Diagrams tab.
Search the diagram in the list and click the three dots next to it.
Select Delete.
From a Diagram
You can delete a diagram while it is open by clicking the three-dot menu in the top bar. After confirming the deletion, you will be redirected to the Diagrams tab.
