The Diagrams tab shows a list of diagrams made by all users with access to the Processes feature in your organization. Here, you can open specific diagrams, delete them, upload a BPMN file, and create a BPMN diagram.
You can view connected processes on each diagram. In case the name of a connected process is too long to be fully displayed, hover over it to see the full name. If you are not the owner of a diagram, you can download it but cannot make any changes.
To open a BPMN diagram,
Click the diagram title in the Name column.
Click the three dots next to a specific diagram in the list and choose to open it in the same tab or a new tab.
Click the arrow next to a specific diagram in the list to open it in the same tab.
When working on a particular diagram, you can access all diagrams by clicking the folder icon in the top-left corner.
Choose the diagram you want from the list, and click Open in the bottom right to open it.
